Return Policy

We get it! Sometimes things don't fit or it's just not your style. We want you to love everything you purchase from Shop 7 Summers! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. All purchases are eligible for refund if returned within 14 days of receiving the item. You are responsible for all shipping costs. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.

TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN, ITEMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

No makeup
Deodorant stains
Perfume
Animal hair
Markings of any kind
Unwashed
Unworn
Linings must still be on swim bottoms

We will not accept returns that aren't in proper packaging and in perfect condition.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. If an item is returned to us in non- resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.

Please email shop7summerss@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning and we'll start the process from there.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive an item that is damaged, all items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Please email us a photo attached. If you contact us after 3 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We understand the excitement of purchasing clothing and wanting it now! Shop 7 Summers strives to ship orders ASAP but please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shop 7 Summers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is indicated as delivered, we are no longer responsible for theft, lost or damaged orders. Contact USPS with questions regarding the tracking of your package.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT ADDRESS PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE ORDER.

PICKUP ORDERS

If you select pickup during checkout you will receive an email when your order is ready. You will have 3 days after that email is sent to pickup your item. If you do not pickup your item within 3 days, your item will be put back into our inventory. Please reach out to shop7summerss@gmail.com if you need longer than 3 days and we will hold your item.
